Tysta leken
Victor Savic, formerly involved in the underworld but now an established real estate entrepreneur, is found brutally murdered in his apartment in central Helsingborg. When the newly formed NFO group – a pilot project bringing together four investigators from across the country, is called in, they quickly realize that Victor's life was anything but clean.
The clues lead into a world of loyalties, hidden alliances, and dealings that exist in a constant gray area. At the same time, the Savic family is subjected to increasingly intrusive anonymous attacks. Who is trying to crush them and why now? The closer the police get to the truth, the more the line between friend and foe blurs.
This is the first book in the series where selected investigators with different backgrounds aim to relieve the heavily pressured police organization across the country.
